The most prestigious European cinema event European Film Awards was celebrated at a hybrid gala, where glamourous atmopshere was combined with online solutions, such as participants joined the event online. Of course, it was happened like this because of the coronavirus pandemic, however, it was a great effort by the organisers to realise the event in a safe yet festive way.

The more than 3,800 members of the European Film Academy – filmmakers from across Europe – have voted for this year’s European Film Awards. The European Film Academy and EFA Productions congratulate the following awards recipients.
