However, there is enormous amount of data regarding festivals, films and the people around them, so despite the greatest professional precaution, some information on the website might not always be up to speed, due to the constantly fluctuating nature of the data.

• If you own the film or festival containing incorrect data, you can claim the right to edit its profile. You can find the ‘Claim’ feature on the profile page. 
• If your film/festival is edited by someone else, you can tell us here and we will sort out the issue swiftly.

There are countless websites that deal with films. There are several platforms supporting festival submissions. However, currently there is no website that would collect all the relevant info about festivals and films in an innovative way.

If you find your film in the database, you have the chance to be the owner of the film on Film Moon, which means you will get full control to modify its details, add more info or fresh festival awards to the film’s profile.

As we develop the platform, more and more data will be available on films and festivals. We take care of all the sensitive information, so we provide full control to the rightholder in order to decide what to highlight.

After you registered on Film Moon, you will always have the chance to modify your details. You can find this option in your account settings.

We are sad to hear that you consider leaving Film Moon. We are here to help, if you want to modify something or to fix an error which might disturb you. If you wish to leave us anyway, you can delete your profile under the account settings.

You can change your password under the account settings.

After you registered your personal profile on Film Moon, you can add your festival too, providing its basic details. It’s free and fun! You can find this option under your profile, which is on the right top of the website.

If you find your festival in the database, you have the chance to be the owner of the film on Film Moon, which means you will get full control to modify its details, add more info or updates to your festival’s profile. 

To have a secure and valid database, we review all the registered festivals and the claimings to edit the registered ones.
