Velvet, a troubled prostitute, and Victor, a mentally unstable man, meet online in a chat room. Velvet becomes the only connection to the outside world for Victor, who lives his life as a reclusive vigilante. Victor's infatuation with Velvet causes him to seek her out in real life only to discover that she is knotted to an unlikely father figure, an Eastern European mobster, Vasily. Velvet is intrigued by Victor, who promises her the world. Both, up until now seemingly departed characters, unleash their passion and lust. They fall in love. However, Velvet senses something is not right about Victor, and one night when she secretly follows him, she witnesses him murdering several people. She is faced with the most difficult decision of her life. Fed up with her world of depravity, Velvet joins Victor and becomes his partner in crime. The duo goes on a quest for justice .
