A true story of two children: a lack of integration and a successful integration in our society. The first story concerns a Syrian child named Farida, sick with diabetes and the second a Roma child, named Fabien who after a few months after arriving in Italy began attending primary school without knowing any Italian. Both children protagonists escape from their land driven by the same need and by the same dream: to realize a better future and the sad story of Farida becomes the integrating background, the occasion to face the theme of diversity at school and to demonstrate that the integration of migrant or one who in general is considered "different" is always possible in our society.
