About the festival

The Little Art presents
Zero mm Youth Film Festival Southasia

Zero mm is an international film festival presenting films on a range of themes related to youth and Southasia.

Zero mm aims to act as a launchpad for emerging filmmakers in Southasia by providing audience to create dialogue through cinema. It envisions to nurture an international community of youth filmmakers, activate audience for Southasian identity and inspire new generation of filmmakers.

The Festival is a jump board of experimental filmmaking, a celebration of urban culture and an inspiration for youth to explore Southasia and identity.

The Festival offers fellowships to selected filmmakers each year for learning, networking and development of future collaborations.

The submission is open for 2019 Zero mm Youth Film Festival Southasia.

We are especially seeking films made by young and emerging filmmakers from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal and Pakistan.
