West Side Mountains Doc Fest (Epirus Greece)

The festival accepts films lasting from 8 to 45 minutes.. All entries will be made once submitted through the FilmFreeway or other platforms. Participation in the festival entails the possession of all the property rights of each film, as well as the fact that the applicant has all the necessary authorizations of the copyright holders of the film. The Submitter acknowledges: -West Side Mountains Doc Fest is a not-for-profit culture organization and does not pay any screening fees. -West Side Mountains Doc Fest may schedule up to three screenings at its discretion during the festival. The festival receives entries from all over the world and creators of all ages and ethnicities. Movies with extreme political or racist positions are not accepted. The festival will be free of charge for all viewers. The film selection committee is appointed by the director of the Festival, who is entitled to replace members if he deems it absolutely necessary, as well as being entitled to correct sections of the festival's regulation in order to improve its operation.
Βy submitting the film we will need to send us online (We transfer, MyAirBridge ect) an mp4 or .mov file without subtitles and an SRT file in English or in Greece if it's Member of the Selection Committee possible.

Το φεστιβάλ κάνει δεκτές ταινίες με διάρκεια από 8 έως 45 λεπτα.
Όλες οι υποβολές θα γίνονται μέσα από την πλατφορμα FilmFreeway ή άλλες ομοειδείς.
Η συμμετοχή στο φεστιβάλ συνεπάγεται και την κατοχή όλων των δικαιωμάτων ιδιοκτησίας της κάθε ταινίας, καθώς επίσης ότι ο αιτών την συμμετοχή διαθέτει όλες τις απαιτούμενες εξουσιοδοτήσεις των κατόχων πνευτικών δικαιωμάτων της ταινίας. Ο υποψήφιος αναγνωρίζει:
- Το West Side Mountains Doc Fest είναι μη κερδοσκοπικός πολιτιστικός οργανισμός και δεν καταβάλλει τέλη προβολής.
- Το West Side Mountains Doc Fest μπορεί να προγραμματίσει έως και τρεις προβολές κατά την κρίση του στη διάρκεια του φεστιβάλ
Το φεστιβάλ δέχεται συμμετοχές από όλο τον κόσμο και δημιουργούς κάθε ηλικίας και εθνικότητας.
Δεν γίνονται δεκτές ταινίες με ακραίες πολιτικές ή ρατσιστικές θέσεις.
Το φεστιβάλ θα έχει δωρέαν είσοδο για όλους τους θεατές.
Η επιτροπή επιλογής των ταινιών ορίζεται από τον διευθυντή του Φεστιβάλ, ο οποίος και δικαιούται να αντικαθιστά μέλη της αν το κρίνει απόλυτα αναγκαίο, όπως και δικαιούται να διορθώνει σημεία του κανονισμού του φεστιβάλ προκειμένου να βελτιωθεί λειτουργία του.
Μαζί με τη υποβολή της ταινίας θα χρειαστεί να μας αποσταλεί online (We transfer, MyAirBridge κλπ) ένα αρχείο mp4 ή mov χωρίς υπότιτλους και ένα αρχείο υποτίτλων SRT στα Αγγλικά ή στα Ελληνικά για την τελική προβολή.
