TIFF - Experimental & Animation, Without Dialogue

We have an experimental video division and an animation division.
There is a Student Affairs Department in each of the two divisions.
There must be no dialogue in both categories.
The work must be 10 minutes or less in length for both categories.
In the animation category, at least 70% of the work must be produced by animation.
The work must have been completed on or after January 1, 2018.
The festival does not pay any screening fees or other expenses to the applicants.
The festival does not cover the travel and accommodation expenses of the winning entrants.
The festival will provide a pass to the award ceremony in case of the winner’s visit.
The Festival reserves the right to reject any film that, at its discretion, incites discrimination or hatred.
The Festival reserves the right to use up to 10% (maximum 30 seconds) of the film as publicity for the Festival.
Applicants must hold the copyright and the right to show the work related to the work.
Due to the Tatsuno Art Project’s showcase screenings (mainly for publicity purposes), there may be additional screenings at other venues. In this case, we will contact the director in advance.

・実験映像部門/アニメーション部門を置く。
・両部門それぞれに学生部を置く。
・両部門共に、台詞が無いこと。
・両部門共に、10分以内の作品であること。
・アニメーション部門は作品の70%以上がアニメーションによって制作されていること。
・2018年1月1日以降に完成した作品であること。
・本映像祭は上映費その他費用を応募者に支払わないものとする。
・本映像祭は入選者の渡航費,宿泊費を負担しないものとする。
・本映画祭は入選者が来場した場合に授賞式への入場パスを提供する。
・映画祭側の判断で差別や憎悪を誘発する作品を却下する権利を有するものとする。
・映画祭は作品の10%以内（最大30秒）を本映画祭の広報として使う権利を保有するものとする。
・応募者は作品に関連する著作権・作品の上映権を保有しているものとする。
・ 龍野アートプロジェクトのショーケース上映（主に広報目的）のため、他会場での追加上映を行う場合があります。
