About the festival

Come celebrate filmmaking with FMA and the Prescott Film Festival! Student filmmakers receive special Student Filmmaker Passes to the festival, (these do not include the Wine Tasting or Gourmet Dinner with alcohol.) Come celebrate independent film with screenings, guest filmmakers, workshops and special outdoor screenings.

This year, thanks to the Yavapai College Foundation and a generous donor we have three scholarship prizes for ARIZONA High School students. These scholarships, valued at $1,000, $500 and $250 are administrated by the college, and will go into effect when students sign up for FMA classes this Fall, 2020, Spring 2021 and/or Summer 2021. Classes are offered on-line and in-person. This year Production courses will be offered on the Prescott Campus and on-line.
