Article I
The Articles apply to works evaluation and screening of 2017 Future Vision-Asia International Youth Video Works Screening Activities·Third Asia Youth Micro-Film Exhibition(AYMFE).
Article II
2017 Future Vision-Asia International Youth Video Works Screening Activities·Third Asia Youth Micro-Film Exhibition is approved and guided by Ministry of Culture of The People’s Republic of China, and State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of The People’s Republic of China, is hosted by Chinese Culture Promotion Society, CCTV Central Newsreel and Documentary Film Studio, and Suqian Municipal People's Government, is specially hosted by Future Vision·Asia International Youth Video Works Screening Activities Organizing Committee, and ChinaSo, is specially supported by Propaganda Department of Central Communist Youth League, and is organized by Huaxia Micro-Movie Culture and Media Center, Central New Micro-Film Station, CCTV Micro-Film Channel, and Micro-Film ChinaSo. It is an Asian regional international Film Exhibition with the themes of “Youth, Art, Fusion”. In AYMFE, the youth is the main body of creation, and Micro-Film is the art form, which is committed to provide an environment for future sustainable development and for international cooperation, exchange and development of Chinese micro-films. The targets of the development will be on youth, branding, the film industry and the promotion of internationalization.
Article III
AYMFE will accept the works to attend the evaluation and screening section, which are from different countries and regions in Asia, and which are recommended by the main organizers from major Asian film festivals, or relative agencies.The works should be produced after 1st of January 2016, and no longer than 45 minutes.
Article IV
AYMFE has also set up a “national and regional (city) promotional film section” , and the selected promotional films will be evaluated.
Article V
AYMFE will invite domestic and foreign film experts to form the selection committee to evaluate the works entering into the final competition, and the final results will be unveiled during the award ceremony.
The selection committee will decide the following awards:
Best Film Grand Jury Prize
Best Director Best Actor
Best Actress Best Screenwriter
Best Cinematography Best Editing
Best Animation Micro-Film Best Documentary Micro-Film
Best Chinese Micro-Film
Article VI
Selected works will be shown and promoted in Huaxia Micro-Movie, Central New Micro-Film Station and CCTV Micro-Film Channel and other main media platforms.
Article VII
1.Selected works should finish the Registration Form and the Authorization, which can be downloaded from www.cctvwdy.com or cctvwdy.cctv.com. Every selected work should send the completed registration form, a director photograph, and three high definition stills to cctvwdygj@163.com. Every selected work also should authorize the Organizing Committee that has the rights to use the photos and stills to promote in the screening section of AYMFE. At the same time, the applicants should print the Authorization, read, sign, and send it to the office of the Organizing Committee, with the high definition digital disk of the work. (the deadline is 31st August, 2017)

Article VIII
1.Selected works should be submitted with subtitles of both English and Chinese.
2.All application materials, including DVD will not be returned. Please save the copy before sending the application documents.
3.Once applicants send your works to 2017 Future Vision-Asia International Youth Video Works Screening Activities·Third Asia Youth Micro-Film Exhibition, you are no longer permitted to withdrawal the selected works.
Article IX
The organizing committee will invite the relevant staffs of the shortlisted works to participate in AYMFE activities.
Article X
1.The application materials including story summary, posters and stills of the shooting process will not only share in the promotional materials of AYMFE, such as AYMFE websites and publication.
2.Selectors must guarantee the reality and originality of the film. Ensure all information in the registration form is real.
3.Works selectors will take full responsibility for the tort of selected works, and bear the total loss of AYMFE due to the related issue.
Article XI
1.The selected works will be released on the official website of AYMFE.

2.The Articles will go into effect on the day of the Registration Form and the selected works were been sending, and at the same time the organizing committee will have permanently right to screen/show the works in Central New Micro-Film Station, Micro-Film Channel, and other authorized media platforms (for promotional purposes).
3.Selectors and applicants allow the organizing committee to edit/screen/show the selected works for promotional purposes.
Article XII
Works selectors will take full responsibility to the copyright of the relevant material（including but not limited to music）used in the selected works. If any legal dispute happens, applicants are required to be fully responsible for it.
Article XIII
Once sending your works to 2017 Future Vision-Asia International Youth Video Works Screening Activities· Third Asia Youth Micro-Film Exhibition screening section means you accept these Articles. Countries, entities, agencies and other related organizers should guarantee the copyright of the selected works is totally legal, otherwise the full responsibility should be undertaken by the countries, entities, agencies and other organizers.
Article XIV
The right of final interpretation of the Articles is reserved by 2017 Future Vision-Asia International Youth Video Works Screening Activities·Third Asia Youth Micro-Film Exhibition organizing committee.
