About the festival

Students for Liberty is proud and excited to host its first ever film festival! In connection with the Moving Picture Institute and Taliesin Nexus, we're hosting this festival right in the heart of New York City -- at New York University!

This event is part of a larger conference; the Students for Liberty New York City Regional Conference: The largest liberty-activism conference for students in the tri-state area! We fight for personal, individual, and economic liberty and justice for all.

Four finalists will be screened in front of our conference audience and a feedback panel of experts from the Moving Picture Institute and Taliesin Nexus.

One Grand-Prize winner will be granted an all-paid seat in the Apollo Writing Workshop in Los Angeles, generously provided by Taliesin Nexus!
