The Staten Island Filmmaker's Showcase returns for it's third year this Winter. After an overwhelming turnout in its first run and an amazing growth into it's second, we are trying something new in our third year for an even larger reach.
This unique festival is about highlighting both upcoming and established talents in content creation. We invite creators to submit not only their latest masterpiece but their growing body of work as well. We are looking for filmmakers with unique perspectives and styles. This festival can help you and your collaborators reach new audiences and form new connections via viewership.
This year we are going LIVE with Sling Studio to bring our festival to a wide audience. After the stream, the content will be made private and all interviews and content between each segment will be uploaded separately for viewing.

We are rolling out the carpet- in "Richmond-City Blue" for this event, live on Facebook and YouTube. Featured filmmakers will get a publicity package (featured on our website and blog) and interview during our showcase.
The grand prize winner is our "Spotlight Filmmaker" whose work will close the night. He/she (or they) will be invited to speak to our audience about their work. Your Award package will include a $100 gift-card and certificate.
