SPLICE Film Fest

This award is for the best film about immigration. It is open to DOCUMENTARIES ONLY from around the world that share stories of people emigrating. There will be three cash prize levels for this award. The WINNER will receive a $750 cash prize and plaque. The FINALIST will receive a $350 cash prize and plaque. The SEMI FINALIST will receive a $250 cash prize and plaque. (There is NO student category for this award. All films will compete equally.)

This covers stop motion, computer animation, 3D, 2D, cameraless filmmaking, rotoscoping, mixing of live action/animation, and any combination.

You must be a student to enter, and email proof of your current enrollment to be eligible to enter for $10. If you do not provide proof of your student status when asked, your entry will be disqualified, and you will NOT get a refund on the $10.
