IN JUNE WE WILL OPEN THE CALL FOR THE FESTIVAL, YOU ONLY HAVE ONE OF 6 CHANCES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FESTIVAL WITH THIS, CONSIDER IF YOU WANT TO COMPETE IN THE FESTIVAL SEND BETTER YOUR FILM IN JUNE.***
DATE AND PLACE OF CONTEST: The last Wednesday of every month or the first Wednesday of the next month will be projections in Bogotá, Colombia.
DATE OF RECEPTION: Since 9 of March the convocation will be open, the projections will be monthly.
PARTICIPATING WORKS: Films from around the world can participate. If the film is in English or a different language it is required Spanish subtitles. If the movie is in Spanish will be not required the subtitles. Between the notification of the participants, films and the projection of every session will be pass less than 3 days, That’s why THE FILMS WHO DOESN’T HAVE THE SUBTITLES WON’T BE CONSIDERED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SESSION.
DURATION: Short Films: Works from 1 minute until 35 minutes length (Including credits).
INSCRIPTION: The postulants must enter in FilmFreeway and fill in the inscription correspondent. It will be free for the first 100 short films, After that it cost 2,5 USD.
SENDING OF WORKS; For the sending of works, you must upload the digital copy of the film in high definition (.MOV, .MP4, Compressor H.264 or ProRes 422) a virtual cloud (Dropbox, PCloud, Google Drive, etc..) and send for email the link of download. At the same time, you must append the document where you give permission for an exhibition of your work
REQUIREMENTS: Apart from the High Definition video, it required a basic press kit(Poster, 5 frames of the film, banner, photograph of the director, trailer). In case of being selected, the postulant must put the laurel of the FESTIVAL in the poster and banner.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. For the fact of making the inscription, the filmmakers of the movies chosen to be official selection accept than their films will be exhibited in the different activities framed in the development of the FESTIVAL in the 2020 edition. As well as using extracts of images from the films for promotional purposes of the FESTIVAL through the media. The sent material doesn’t be returned and going to pass on being part of the FESTIVAL LIBRARY. The FESTIVAL doesn’t be responsible for infractions related to copyright, being this responsibility of who send the work

FECHA Y LUGAR DEL CERTAMEN:El último miércoles de cada mes o el primero de mes siguiente se proyectará, en la ciudad de Bogotá, Colombia.
FECHA DE RECEPCIÓN: Desde el 9 de marzo se abre convocatoria, las proyecciones son mensuales.
OBRAS PARTICIPANTES: Podrán participar películas de todo el mundo. Si la película está en inglés o un idioma diferente al español se requieren subtítulos en español. Si la película está en español no se requerirá nada adicional. Entre la notificación de las películas participantes en cada sesión y la proyección pasarán menos de 3 días, por lo que LAS OBRAS QUE NO TENGAN SUBTÍTULOS NO SERÁN CONSIDERADAS PARA PARTICIPAR EN LA SESIÓN.
DURACIÓN: Obras desde 1 minuto hasta 35 minutos máximo (incluyendo créditos).
INSCRIPCIÓN: Los postulantes deberán ingresar en FilmFreeway y diligenciar la inscripción correspondiente. Esta será gratuita para los primeros 100 cortometrajes, después pasará a costar 2.5 USD.
ENVÍO DE LAS OBRAS: Para el envío de obras se deberá subir el archivo digital de la película en alta definición (.MOV, .MP4, compresión H.264 o ProRes 422) a una plataforma virtual(Dropbox, PCloud, Google Drive, ETC…) y enviar vía email el enlace de descarga.
REQUERIMIENTOS: A parte del archivo de video en alta calidad, se requiere un Press Kit básico(Póster, 5 fotogramas de la película, Banner, Fotografía del director, Trailer).
CONDICIONES DE PARTICIPACIÓN: Por el hecho de realizar la inscripción, los responsables de las películas clasificadas en la Selección Oficial, aceptan que sus películas se exhiban en las diferentes actividades enmarcadas en el desarrollo de el FESTIVAL. Así como utilizar extractos de imágenes de las películas para fines promocionales del FESTIVAL a través de medios de comunicación. El material enviado no será devuelto y pasará a formar parte del archivo del FESTIVAL. El FESTIVAL no se hace responsable de posibles infracciones relacionadas a derechos de autor, siendo éstas responsabilidad de quien inscribe la obra.
