CELEBRATING ITS 10TH YEAR: The Student Experimental Film Festival (SEFF) is an exposition dedicated to exhibiting short, innovative films and videos made by students enrolled in institutions across the US. Held annually in Binghamton, NY, the two-day festival focuses on experimental, student-made works that challenge the conventional cinematic experience. The event is organized and conducted by students enrolled in the Curating Film and Video course at Binghamton University.
