ONLINE SCREENERS ONLY- Please include a link and password (if needed) to view your film online. Links can also be e-mailed to sbjewishfilmfest@gmail.com. Links will only be used by programming committee and will not be shared or used for exhibition without filmmakers expressed permission.
DVDs in NTSC ONLY can be sent for preview in addition to an online screener.
Preview DVDs should be labeled with the title, running time, and contact information (name, phone, and/or email).
Works submitted in languages other than English must be formatted with English subtitles.
Works-in-progress and rough cuts can be submitted by the deadline, but only if an exhibition copy will be ready by January, 2020.
If your film is selected, please be prepared to submit a digital still file as soon as possible.
You will be notified of the committee's final decision by January, 2020
FEE WAIVERS:
Filmmakers in Santa Barbara county are eligible for fee waivers if requested.
While we would like to provide submission fee waivers to as many filmmakers as possible we are generally unable to at this time. We are a small, volunteer-run organization that depends on income from sources like submission fees to survive. You are always free to request a waiver or discount for special circumstances, but please be aware that will most likely be unable to provide one. Thank you for your understanding.

By submitting a film via this platform you agree to allow the festival to show the submitted film during the festival with no screening fee paid. Festival will be responsible for outbound shipping only of any exhibition copies. Filmmaker/Producer/Agent will be responsible for inbound shipping.
