1. Scadenze per la presentazione
Le iscrizioni saranno accettate dal 1 Luglio 2020 al 10 ottobre 2020
2. Idoneità della presentazione
Non saranno accettate copie lavoro. Non saranno accettati film realizzati con contributi pubblici, fatta eccezione per chi abbia usufruito di agevolazioni fiscali (ad es.Tax Credit).
Nessuna restrizione per film partecipanti o in concorso ad altri festival o già usciti in sala.
I film non italiani dovranno avere i sottotitoli in italiano.
3. Gli autori/produttori dovranno inviare: sinossi, locandina del film, foto di backstage, trailer, breve bio dell'autore.
4. Commissione per l'iscrizione.
Il pagamento verrà effettuato direttamente dalla piattaforma FilmFreeway. Il costo d'iscrizione è volto a coprire parte dei costi di organizzazione. La quota di iscrizione non è rimborsabile.
5. Tutti i film iscritti saranno uploadati su una piattaforma streaming del PREMIO SHINEMA e resi fruibili al pubblico. Una selezione di questi film sarà anche proiettata gratuitamente all'interno di una rassegna dedicata in una sala cinema di Napoli.(La proiezione dal vivo dipenderà dalle restrizioni die protocolli COVID 19)
6. I vincitori saranno determinati dalla media dei voti degli spettatori in streaming, degli spettatori al cinema e della giuria di qualità.
7. Iscrivendo il film al PREMIO SHINEMA si autorizza l'organizzazione del PREMIO SHINEMA alla distribuzione del film iscritto. La distribuzione sarà limitata alla durata del PREMIO, ovvero da novembre 2020 a febbraio 2021 e PER L'USO INERENTE ALLA MANIFESTAZIONE.
8. Il premio ai vincitori di ogni categoria consisterà in un servizio di distribuzione online sulla piattaforma UFFICIALE SHINEMA. Distribuzione ai festival e servizio di iscrizione al catalogo PRIME streaming UK e USA.
9. INOLTRE SHINEMA FILM OFFRE GRATUITAMENTE A TUTTI I FESTIVAL E A TUTTI I PREMI LA POSSIBILITA' DI PREMIARE UNO O PIU' FILM IN CONCORSO CON UN PREMIO SPECIALE SHINEMA CHE CONSISTE IN UNA TARGA E UN SERVIZIO DI DISTRIBUZIONE, SENZA ALCUN OBBLIGO DI ESCLUSIVA, SULLA PIATTAFORMA SHINEMA, PUBBLICITA' E INSERIMENTO NEL CATALOGO AMAZON PRIME UK E USA. A GIUDICARE I FILM IN QUESTO SPECIALE PREMIO SARA' LA COMMISSIONE INTERNA DI SHINEMA.
ACCORDO GENERALE DI PARTECIPAZIONE AL PREMIO SHINEMA
Iscrivendo il film al PREMIO SHINEMA l'autore/produttore dichiara di possedere tutti i diritti concernenti il film stesso e di aver assolto ogni obbligo riguardante i diritti d'autore per musica, sceneggiatura, video e...varie ed eventuali....Il PREMIO SHINEMA non risponde di eventuali violazioni degli stessi.
Inoltre il PREMIO SHINEMA si riserva di valutare eventuali esclusioni per temi non consoni ad una proiezione pubblica.

Confermo di aver letto e accettato i termini e i regolamenti del PREMIO SHINEMA. Fornirò al PREMIO SHINEMA tutte le informazioni aggiuntive richieste ai sensi di queste norme e regolamenti. Autorizzo il PREMIO SHINEMA ad esporre il mio film per tutta la durata del PREMIO.
Mi assumo tutte le responsabilità legali ivi contenute. Accettando questi termini, trasferisco al PREMIO SHINEMA il diritto di utilizzare estratti del film presentato e il trailer, a fini di pubblicità e marketing del PREMIO SHINEMA e per altri usi non commerciali relativi alla promozione del PREMIO SHINEMA. Accetto di risarcire il PREMIO SHINEMA nel caso in cui tali diritti non siano stati trasferiti in modo adeguato.
L'organizzazione si riserva il diritto di prorogare la data di chiusura delle iscrizioni in base alle esigenze organizzative.
Il PREMIO SHINEMA si riserva il diritto di aggiungere, modificare, cambiare, cancellare parti del regolamento in qualsiasi momento e senza preavviso. Il PREMIO SHINEMA fornirà la miglior qualità possibile per la proiezione ma non sarà responsabile per qualsiasi problema tecnico inevitabile relativo alla qualità della proiezione. Non saranno previsti rimborsi economici di nessun genere per i casi su descritti.
L’organizzazione del PREMIO si riserva il diritto di modificare o sospendere l’evento. L’organizzazione del PREMIO ha facoltà di valutare singolarmente e prendere in considerazione tutti i casi non presenti nel bando.
La partecipazione al PREMIO SHINEMA implica la comprensione e l’accettazione del bando nella sua interezza. L’organizzazione del PREMIO dichiara che i dati personali forniti saranno utilizzati ai sensi del D.Lgs. n° 196/2003 e successive modifiche, nonché il regolamento UE n. 2016/679 e che i dati saranno trattati per le finalità del PREMIO.

GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS
1. Deadlines for submission
Registrations will be accepted from 1st July 2020 to 10th October 2020
2. Suitability of the presentation
Work-in-progress will not be accepted. Films made with public grants will not be accepted, except for those who have benefited from tax breaks (f.e. Tax Credit). No restrictions for films participating or in competition at other festivals or already released in theaters.
All films not in the italian language are required to have italian subtitles.
3. The authors / producers must send: synopsis, poster of the film, backstage photos, trailers, short bio of the author.
4. Registration fee.
Payment will be made directly from the FilmFreeway platform. The registration fee is intended to cover part of the organization costs. The registration fee is not refundable.
5. All the films entered will be uploaded for free on a streaming platform of the PREMIO SHINEMA and made available for free to the public. A selection of these films will also be screened for free in a dedicated review in a cinema in Naples.
6. The winners will be assigned by the average of the votes of the streaming spectators, the cinema spectators and the quality jury.
7. By registering the film for the PREMIO SHINEMA you authorize the organization of the PREMIO SHINEMA for the NON-COMMERCIAL and PROFIT-free distribution of the film entered. Distribution will be limited to the duration of the PRIZE, i.e. from October 2020 to February 2021 and FOR USE INHERENT TO THE EVENT.
8. The prize for the winners of each category will consist of an online distribution service on the OFFICIAL SHINEMA platform. Distribution to festivals and subscription service to the PRIME streaming catalog UK and USA.
9.ALSO SHINEMA FILM OFFERS FREE OF CHARGE TO ALL FESTIVALS AND ALL AWARDS THE POSSIBILITY OF AWARDING ONE OR MORE FILMS IN COMPETITION WITH A SPECIAL SHINEMA AWARD THAT CONSISTS OF A PLAQUE AND A DISTRIBUTION SERVICE, WITHOUT ANY OBLIGATION, EXCLUSION, AND INCLUSION IN THE AMAZON PRIME UK AND USA CATALOG. THE INTERNAL COMMISSION OF SHINEMA WILL RATE THE MOVIES IN THIS SPECIAL EVENT.
GENERAL AGREEMENT FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PREMIO SHINEMA
By registering the film at the PREMIO SHINEMA, the author / producer declares to have all the rights concerning the film itself and to have fulfilled all obligations regarding copyright for music, screenplay, video and ... various and any .... The PREMIO SHINEMA is not liable for any violations thereof.
In addition, the PREMIO SHINEMA reserves the right to evaluate any exclusions for issues not suited to a public screening.

I confirm that I have read and accepted the terms and regulations of the SHINEMA AWARD. I will provide the PREMIO SHINEMA with all additional information required under these rules and regulations. I authorize the PREMIO SHINEMA to exhibit my film for the duration of the AWARD.
I take all legal responsibilities contained therein. By accepting these terms, I transfer to the PREMIO SHINEMA the right to use extracts from the film presented and the trailer, for advertising and marketing purposes of the PREMIO SHINEMA and for other non-commercial uses related to the promotion of the PREMIO SHINEMA . I agree to compensate the PREMIO SHINEMA in the event that these rights have not been transferred appropriately.
The organization reserves the right to extend the closing date of registrations based on organizational needs.
The PREMIO SHINEMA reserves the right to add, modify, change, delete parts of the regulation at any time and without notice. The PREMIO SHINEMA will provide the best possible quality for the projection but will not be responsible for any unavoidable technical problem related to the quality of the projection. No financial reimbursements of any kind will be provided for the cases described above.
The organization of the AWARD reserves the right to modify or suspend the event. The organization of the AWARD has the right to evaluate individually and take into consideration all cases not present in the notice.
Participation in the PREMIO SHINEMA implies understanding and acceptance of the call in its entirety. The organization of the AWARD declares that the personal data provided will be used pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, as well as EU regulation no. 2016/679 and that the data will be processed for the purposes of the AWARD.
