Films must have been completed after January 1, 2015.
All films must be completed when submitted, no works in progress. All entries must include script, trailer, and poster. You may also include extra such as behind the scenes footage, commentary, etc. for audiences to enjoy. If picked, you must provide all copyright contracts for songs, logos, artwork, and materials.
Planet Cinema Film Festival is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and/or accepted for exhibition at the Festival, live or streaming, for promotional purposes. Planet Cinema Film Festival is hereby granted the right to show each film up to two years after the live event through streaming capabilities, in which may be for profit or non-profit reasons, but will expose the films to the world and possible distributors alike.
The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for public and online screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.
The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless Planet Cinema Film Festival from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
Any film may be screened or entered in any other festivals. We do not care where your film goes or has gone, but understand that Planet Cinema Film Festival holds the rights to any entries for two years following the end of the live event for promotional use live or online and you give Planet Cinema Film Festival and it's organizers permission to use your film in it's entirety along with any bonus features you include for the purpose of being used for the live event and our streaming applications.
