All films must have been completed no earlier than June 1, 2019 to be eligible.
All films must be presented in English or with English subtitles.
To qualify as a short film, the total run-time with credits must be less than 40 minutes. Any film over 40 minutes of length with credits must submit in the feature film category.
It is not necessary for films to premiere at this festival. We do accept films that are already available on DVD, Blu-Ray or streaming.
