INTRODUCTION
The "Association Côte d'Azur FIFS" organizes the "Nice Côte d'Azur International FICTS Festival 2020".
The event is in partnership with FICTS - "Fédération Internationale de Cinéma et Télévision Sportifs" and it is part of the World Ficts Challenge 2020.
Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020 will be held in Nice and Côte d'Azur from the 20th to the 22th October 2020.
This regulation was approved by the Organizing Committee of the Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020.
Your participation in "Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020" implies full adherence to the rules.
OBJECTIVES
One of the main objectives of the "Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020" is to bring the public in touch with audiovisual content with sports orientations and its values while offering specialized media, filmmakers, producers and distributors a meeting place In which they can exchange their views and information.
CONTENT
The "Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020" is open to all productions where the main subject is sport in all its forms and disciplines.
The genres included: animated films, documentaries and fictions, short films to feature films.
GENERAL RULES
"Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020" is open to professional and independent productions.
Each producer may submit as many Films as he or she wishes as long as they comply with the regulations.
"Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020" may schedule non-compete films of general interest whatever their production date.
JURY
The Organizing Committee of the "Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020" will proceed to the nomination of the official Jury of the Festival.
The Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020 will include well-known personalities drawn from the worlds of sport, cinema, audiovisual production and culture.
All decisions and verdicts on their part are final and without recourse.
PRICE
The selected films will compete for:
- Award for Best Film
- Award for Best Documentary
- Award For Best Clip
- Award for Best Achievement of the Olympic Games
- Award for Best Achievement in Sport and Society
The Official Jury of the Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020 can offer as many special rewards as it deems appropriate.
The festival sponsors can give other prizes including cash or in-kind.
INSCRIPTIONS
Entries will be accepted from January the 25th to May the 31st 2020.
Each participant must submit the registration form and the video:
No work will be accepted without this requirement.
SELECTED WORKS
Participants will be notified by e-mail by the Organizing Committee before June the 30th 2020 of the Films that have been selected for the official competition Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020.
Other promotional materials may be requested by the organization.
PROJECTION
Films chosen to participate will be screened as planned in the Festival program.
Films selected to participate are part of the documentary and video material of the "Association Côte d'Azur FIFS", the use will be strictly limited to educational activities and as a means of increasing public awareness at the Festival.
The winning films can be screened for free to promote the Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020 in any other Olympic museums in the world.
Winning Films will be eligible to participate in the latest international stages of WORLD FICTS CHALLENGE.
The winners explicitly authorize the Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020 organizing committee to provide their contact details to the Organizing Committees of the other WORLD FICTS CHALLENGE Festivals.
Under no circumstances will projection rights be granted to third parties without express prior written consent of producers or their legal representatives.
Participants also authorize the Organizing Committee to partially reproduce their Films in the media in order to promote the Festival.

Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020 est ouvert aux productions professionnelles et indépendantes.
Chaque producteur peut présenter autant de Films qu'il souhaite tant qu'ils sont conformes au règlement.
Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020 a la possibilité de programmer des Films non-concurrents d'intérêt général quelle que soit leur date de production.
JURY
Le Comité d'organisation du Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020 procédera à la nomination du Jury officiel du Festival.
Le Jury de Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020 comprendra des personnalités connues tirées des mondes du sport, du cinéma, de la production audiovisuelle et de la culture.
Toutes décisions et verdicts de leur part sont définitifs et sans recours.
PRIX
Les Films sélectionnés seront en compétition pour :
- Prix pour le meilleur Film
- Prix pour le meilleur Documentaire
- Prix pour la meilleur Clip
- Prix pour la meilleure réalisation au sujet des Jeux Olympiques
- Prix pour la meilleure réalisation au sujet du Sport et Société
Le Jury officiel du Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020 peut offrir autant de récompenses spéciales qu'il juge opportunes.
Les sponsors du festival peuvent donner d'autres prix incluant ceux en espèces ou en nature.
LES INSCRIPTIONS
Les inscriptions seront acceptées du 25 janvier au 31 mai 2020.

ŒUVRES SÉLECTIONNÉES
Les participants seront informés par courrier électronique par le Comité d’organisation avant le 30 juin 2020, des Films qui ont été sélectionnés pour le concours officiel Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020.
D'autres documents promotionnels peuvent être demandés par l'organisation.
PROJECTION
Les Films choisis pour participer seront projetés comme prévu dans le programme du Festival.
Les Films sélectionnés pour participer font partie du documentaire et du matériel vidéographique de l’Association Côte d’Azur FIFS, l’utilisation sera strictement limitée aux activités éducatives et comme un moyen d'accroître la sensibilisation du public au Festival.
Les Films gagnants peuvent être projetés gratuitement pour la promotion du Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020 dans n'importe quels autres musées olympiques dans le monde.
Les Films gagnants seront éligibles pour participer aux dernières étapes internationales du WORLD FICTS CHALLENGE.
Les gagnants autorisent explicitement le Comité d'organisation Nice Côte d'Azur lnternational FICTS Festival 2020 à fournir leurs coordonnées aux Comités Organisateurs des autres Festivals WORLD FICTS CHALLENGE.
En aucun cas, les droits de projection ne seront accordés à des tiers sans préavis express consentement écrit des producteurs ou de leurs représentants légaux.
Les participants autorisent également le Comité d'organisation à reproduire partiellement leurs Films dans les médias dans le but de promouvoir le Festival.
