As the town is teeming with talented and local film makers have emerged. Thus, Nabunturan Independent Film Exhibition or NABIFILMEX has come to existence.
The first ever film festival that is geared towards producing new and fresh cinematic works that will depict the culture of its local folks, will uncover the talents of local filmmakers not only Nabunturan but the whole Davao Region.
