The minimum run time for feature films is seventy-five (75) minutes. Features can exceed this minimum.
The maximum run time for short films is forty-five (45) minutes.
All genres are welcome to interpretation.
Two-dimensional (2D) and Three-dimensional (3D) animated films will also be accepted.
All films entries must be submitted as a digital file.
The work submitted must be the original work of the entrant. Permission given for copyrighted material must be provided with the submission of the film.
One film per entry fee. Entry fees are non-refundable.
