“EL MICMX NO PAGARÁ DERECHOS DE EXHIBICIÓN A LAS PELÍCULAS EN COMPETENCIA OFICIAL”
INSCRIPCIÓN
Las inscripciones para formar parte de la selección oficial de MICMX - Muestra Itinerante De Cine Mx 2020, podrán realizarse del 20 de julio al 13 de noviembre de 2020, hasta las 123:59 hrs. (CST).
La inscripción será en línea a través de las plataformas:
FilmFreeway: https://filmfreeway.com/MICMX
Los links y contraseñas de todos los trabajos inscritos deberán permanecer vigentes desde el día de su inscripción hasta el día en que finalice el festival, y las muestras realizadas para las películas ganadoras.
No se aceptarán videoclips realizados con fines promocionales, o que hayan sido distribuidos en DVD o por Internet de manera gratuita.
Los resultados oficiales de las películas en competencia se darán a conocer el 16 de noviembre de 2020 en la página oficial y redes sociales del festival.
Los ganadores serán dados a conocer en la fiesta de clausura, por medio de e-mail, página web y redes sociales del festival.
Los miembros del jurado no podrán participar en las diferentes categorías en competencia del festival.
El MICMX podrá utilizar partes de tu proyecto (incluyendo tráiler/ póster/ videos/ stills) con fines promocionales.
Todos los proyectos seleccionados dejarán su tráiler en el canal como parte de la muestra 2020.
Los representantes de las películas seleccionadas en competencia o fuera de competencia, contarán con accesos a la fiesta de entrega de premios.
Los representantes de las películas seleccionadas en competencia o fuera de competencia, podrán ser invitados a las muestras alternativas del MICMX.
Los trabajos seleccionados formarán parte de las muestras nacionales e internacionales en las que participe el MICMX durante 2020 - 2021.
No se permite que los proyectos hayan sido distribuidos por internet, protegidos con contraseña.
Las tasas no son reembolsables.

REGULACIONES Y CRITERIOS DE ELEGIBILIDAD
Podrán participar proyectos producidos durante el periodo de 2018 a 2020. El comité de programación podrá hacer excepciones en el año de producción.
Los participantes pueden registrar un número ilimitado de obras.
Si tu proyecto es elegido para la MICMX 2020, no podrá ser retirado de la programación bajo ninguna circunstancia.
Es necesaria la firma de la carta de autorización y de aceptación de las normas del festival, por el representante legal de la obra audiovisual, la omisión de este requisito significará descalificación automática.
Toda la información requerida para el catálogo y el material de difusión de los proyectos seleccionados, deberá ser enviada al correo electrónico mitinerantecmx@gmail.com
La decisión del comité de selección será inapelable.
El material sometido, requerido y presentado al festival para su selección y exhibición, será resguardado en el centro de archivo del festival, por lo que las copias de películas entregadas, quedarán disponibles únicamente para consulta, cuando se requiera.
EXHIBICIÓN
Los formatos de exhibición aceptados para la segunda edición de MICMX son DCP, Blu-ray Disc, archivo digital códec de vídeo .mov H.264 1920 X 1980.
El formato de exhibición online es.mov 1920 x 1080 FULL HD CON MARCA DE AGUA PARA VISIONADO ONLINE.
Todos los realizadores seleccionados deberán mandar un video de 1 minuto mínimo, horizontal, en FULL HD para redes sociales, promocionando su proyecto.
Para entregar los trofeos selección del público, la proyección será de manera online, abierta al público por nuestro canal de YouTube durante el MICMX.
Ningún proyecto debe estar en YouTube desde el momento de su selección y hasta finalizar la muestra.
No se aceptan películas con un pobre estándar de producción (mal sonido, falta de subtítulos o subtítulos para películas no inglesas, resolución de video menor a 720p HD)
SUBTITULOS
Los proyectos deberán entregarse con subtítulos incrustados en inglés, si su idioma original es el español.
Los proyectos deberán entregarse con subtítulos incrustados al español si su idioma original es ingles.
Los proyectos deberán entregarse con subtítulos incrustados al español e ingles si su idioma original es otro.
Los costos de los subtítulos corren por cuenta de la entidad que realiza la inscripción.
JURADO
La selección estará a cargo de un comité conformado por experimentados miembros de la industria audiovisual, cultural y social y su decisión es inapelable.
Nuestro jurado selecciona a los ganadores a través de proyecciones privadas.
El jurado tiene la capacidad de otorgar menciones honoríficas.

SELECCIÓN
El propietario del proyecto (director/productor) acepta la exhibición de la película del 27 de noviembre al 12 de diciembre del 2020, durante las fechas y en las sedes determinadas por el festival, incluyendo el tour, al firmar la carta de autorización correspondiente.
Los trabajos seleccionados deberán mandar el proyecto y el tráiler en archivos digitales – códec de vídeo .mov H.264 1920 X 1980 23.976 fps con subtítulos incrustados, o un archivo en formato .srt y la lista de diálogos de la obra en español e inglés.
Es obligatorio que los participantes seleccionados manden carpetas de prensa digitales que contengan stills de la película, foto del director, póster y fotos de producción, todos los archivos en formato Jpg o tiff (300 dpi)
Se deberán entregar dos discos Blu-ray autoreproducibles y sin menú, con subtítulos incrustados al inglés si su idioma original es el español, al español si su idioma original es ingles, y al español e ingles si su idioma original es otro.
Si el propietario del proyecto (director/productor) no entrega los materiales requeridos por el comité de MICMX, en las fechas y plazos indicados, serán descalificados.
PROYECCIONES
El festival lleva a cabo muestras especiales durante todo el año, las cual se realizan en la Ciudad de México, en ciudades y localidades de la República Mexicana, así como en diversos países. Por medio de la carta de autorización se acepta que el proyecto participe en las diversas proyecciones.
El festival notificará al productor la participación de la obra en las diversas exhibiciones, para su confirmación.
BIENVENIDA
Todos los finalistas que confirmen su asistencia al festival dentro de los primeros 10 días posteriores a la notificación, podrán solicitar una bienvenida de cortesía en el aeropuerto, que incluirá el traslado al aeropuerto de su elección
Todos nuestros visitantes internacionales recibirán un paquete informativo digital con recomendaciones para una mejor experiencia en la Ciudad de México.

REGISTRATION
Registration to be part of the official selection of MICMX - ITINERANT FILM EXHIBITION MX 2020, can be made from July 20 to November 13, 2020, until 123:59 hrs. (CST).
Registration will be online through the platforms:

The links and passwords of all the registered works must remain valid from the day of their registration until the day the festival ends, and the samples made for the winning films.
Video clips made for promotional purposes, or that have been distributed on DVD or on the Internet for free, will not be accepted.
The official results of the films in competition will be announced on November 16, 2020 on the festival's official website and social networks.
The winners will be announced at the closing party, through e-mail, website and social networks of the festival.
The members of the jury cannot participate in the different categories in competition of the festival.
The MICMX may use parts of your project (including trailer/poster/ videos/ stills) for promotional purposes.
All selected projects will leave their trailer on the channel as part of the 2020 exhibition.
Representatives of the selected films in competition or out of competition will have access to the awards party.
The representatives of the films selected in competition or out of competition, may be invited to the alternative film exhibitions of the MICMX.
The selected works will be part of the national and international samples in which the MICMX participates during 2020 - 2021.
It is not allowed that the projects have been distributed over the Internet, protected with a password.
Fees are not refundable.

REGULATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Projects produced during the period 2018 to 2020 may participate. The programming committee may make exceptions in the year of production.
Participants may register an unlimited number of works.
If your project is chosen for the MICMX 2020, it cannot be removed from the programming under any circumstances.
It is necessary for the legal representative of the audiovisual work to sign the letter of authorization and acceptance of the festival's rules. Failure to do so will mean automatic disqualification.
All the information required for the catalogue and the dissemination material of the selected projects must be sent to the e-mail mitinerantecmx@gmail.com
The decision of the selection committee will be final.
The material submitted, required and presented to the festival for its selection and exhibition, will be kept in the festival's archive center, so the copies of films submitted will be available only for consultation, when required.
EXHIBITION
The accepted display formats for the second edition of MICMX are DCP, Blu-ray Disc, digital video codec file .mov H.264 1920 X 1980.
The online display format is .mov 1920 x 1080 FULL HD WATER MARKED FOR ONLINE VIEWING.
All selected filmmakers must send a 1 minute minimum video, horizontal, in FULL HD for social networks, promoting their project.
To award the trophies selected by the audience, the screening will be online, open to the public through our YouTube channel during the MICMX.
No project should be on YouTube from the moment of its selection until the end of the show.
Films with poor production standards (bad sound, lack of subtitles or subtitles for non-English films, video resolution less than 720p HD) will not be accepted
SUBTITLES
Projects must be submitted with subtitles embedded in English, if their original language is Spanish.
Projects must be submitted with subtitles embedded in Spanish if their original language is English.

The costs of subtitles are to be paid by the entity that makes the registration.
JURY
The selection will be made by a committee made up of experienced members of the audiovisual, cultural and social industry and their decision is final.
Our jury selects the winners through private screenings.
The jury has the ability to award honorable mentions.

SELECTION
The owner of the project (director/producer) accepts the screening of the film from November 27 to December 12, 2020, during the dates and at the venues determined by the festival, including the tour, by signing the corresponding authorization letter.
The selected works must send the project and the trailer in digital files - video codec .mov H.264 1920 X 1980 23.976 fps with embedded subtitles, or a file in .srt format and the dialogue list of the work in Spanish and English.
It is mandatory that selected participants send digital press kits containing stills of the film, director's photo, poster and production photos, all files in Jpg or tiff format (300 dpi)
Two self-playing, menu-less Blu-ray discs with embedded subtitles in English if your original language is Spanish, in Spanish if your original language is English, and in Spanish and English if your original language is other.
If the project owner (director/producer) does not deliver the materials required by the MICMX committee, by the dates and deadlines indicated, they will be disqualified.
PROJECTIONS
The festival holds special exhibitions throughout the year, which are held in Mexico City, in cities and towns of the Mexican Republic, as well as in various countries. By means of the letter of authorization it is accepted that the project participates in the diverse projections.
The festival will notify the producer of the participation of the work in the various exhibitions, for confirmation.
WELCOME
All finalists who confirm their attendance at the festival within 10 days of notification may request a complimentary airport welcome, which will include transportation to the airport of their choice
All our international visitors will receive a digital information package with recommendations for a better experience in Mexico City.
