Se tens uma curta ou longa-metragem e és maior de idade. Sejas de onde sejas. O Festival está aberto a realizadores de todo mundo. Podes apresentar todos os filmes que quiseres.
Não há problema se os filmes têm sido anteriormente selecionados, mostrados na Internet ou em outros festivais.
Os filmes podem estar em português ou em qualquer outro idioma legendado em português. Para o processo de seleção não são necessários as legendas mas se o filme é selecionado pediremos as legendas em português para a projeção.
A organização poderá utilizar fragmentos das obras selecionadas (máximo 10%) para promoção das mesmas e do festival.
Os filmes do Madeira Fantastic FilmFest 2021 serão projetados em Funchal, ilha da Madeira .

Duração:
Curtas-metragens: Filmes com duração máxima de 25 minutos.
Longas-metragens: duração mínima de 25 minutos.
Formato:
Poderão participar filmes rodados em qualquer formato. As projeções far-se-ão em arquivo digital em 1080P. (Comunicar-se-á aos selecionados o tipo de arquivo necessário para as projeções com suficiente antelação).
Data de produção entre 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 e 2021.
A organização reserva-se o direito de não aceitar um filme a concurso, se não se envia dentro da data limite junto com toda a documentação solicitada.
Uma vez recebidos os filmes até a data de finalização do prazo, a organização selecionará os que entram a concurso e informará desta seleção aos participantes.
A inscrição implica a aceitação destas bases. As taxas não são reembolsáveis. O Festival se reserva o direito de fazer as alterações necessárias nos regulamentos ou programação. Qualquer questão aqui não prevista, será resolvida pela organização do MFFF2021.

You have a film and you are of age. No matter where you come from. The Festival is open to filmmakers from all over the world.
You can submit as many films as you wish.
It is not a problem if the films have been previously screened, shown on the Internet or in other festivals.
The films may be in Portuguese, or in any other language with Portuguese subtitles. For the SELECTION process are not necessary Portuguese subtitles but if your film is selected we will ask you Portuguese subtitles for the public screening.
The organization can use pieces from the selected films (10% maximum) to promote them and the festival.
Selected films of Madeira Fantastic FilmFest 2021 will be screened in Funchal, Madeira Island.

Best International Feature Film
Best National Short Film
Best Internacional Short Film

Running time:
The short films may not run over 25 minutes.
The feature films longer than 25 minutes.
Format:
All of the submitted films can participate, no matter the format. The screening will be from a 1080p digital file (participants will be informed about the format needed for the screening with time enough).
The organization reserves the right to accept a film, if it is not sent within the registration period together with all the necessary documents.
Once the films have been received, and until the deadline, the organization will select those taking part in the competition and will inform the selected participants.
Registration implies acceptance of all the regulations. All fees are non-refundable.
The Festival reserves the right to make any necessary changes in regulations or scheduling. Any other issue which is not included here will be sorted by the MFFF2021 organization.
