Jordanian International Short Film Festival

Terms of participation:
1. Participating films must be distinctive short films, not exceeding 20 minutes.
2. The film must be produced within last two years.
3. The Film shall not be screened on Televisions nor on the Internet.
4. the application form must be accompanied with the following:
- Copy with HD resolution.
- Photos in HD resolution.
- Name list of actors, technicians and workers.
- Photo of the Director in HD resolution.
- Short description of the film.
- Short description of the director.
- Name list of the producers and production company.
- copy of the trailer in HD resolution.
5. There must be subtitle in English Language for foreign films.
6. The participants must have the intellectual and screening rights of the film, the festival shall not hold any responsibilities in this regard.
7. The technical committee shall chooses films that are going to be screened, and have the right for not accepting any film falls to achieve the criteria.
8. The participation is free of fees.
9. There will be announcement of participated films with two months prior of the festival.
10. There will be awards and certificates of chosen films at the competition.
11. After accepting the film; the participant have no rights to withdraw the film nor screening it.
12. The Film must be send as hard disk or uploaded on the Internet with a secure link in one of forms H264- Apple 422.
13. If the film copy is not in good condition; the participants must submit a new version. And in a case they didn’t; the festival have the rights to withdraw the film with no obligations in this regard.
14. The festival have the right to use materials for digital archiving in uploading and storing them in festival library.
15. the festival will grant a certificate of participating to screened films.
16. the festival have the right to screen up to two minutes of participated films for the commercial purposes.
17. the festival have the right to screen participated films in Jordan without any financial obligations.
