The exhibition will show and award works released between July / 2018 and September / 2019 in national and international circuits. The show will also offer workshops and thematic lectures. All the activities are free. The Workshops require prior registration.
I - GENERAL ORGANIZATION
The 1st Itabaiana International Film Festival will be held at Cine Laser Itabaiana and at Shopping Peixoto, in the city of Itabaiana (Sergipe) - Brazil.

Competitive.
VI - CURATOR
The selection of the films will be done through a guest curated and that has no connection with the works selected.
VII - JURY
The awards will be given through a jury previously composed of invited members who have no connection with the selected works.
VIII - COMPETITIVE SHOW
All films shown throughout the show will be running for the jury's second jury award. And there will still be a category where the audience can choose the best film.
IX - REGISTRATION
Films can be subscribed by the platform at FilmFreeway: https://filmfreeway.com/festcineitabaiana
The Registration Period is between July 22 and September 31.
There is no registration fee for Sergipe and Brazilian films.
There is no film limit per director.
Foreign language films must be submitted with English or Portuguese subtitles (preferred subtitle).
Films must have been completed after July 2018 and have a maximum length of 40 minutes.
Still, production country, technical file are mandatory information for the application of the film to be validated
If there are at least 5 movies selected in the 3 main categories, the subcategory will not be awarded. (For example, if we do not have 5 documentary films selected, the documentary category will not be awarded).
Films enrolled in the category Sergipe must have in their team, three natural directors or residents in the state. For registration to be validated, in this category it is necessary to send proof of birth or residence of Sergipe filmmakers to the e-mail: festcineitabaiana@gmail.com
X - SELECTION
The announcement of the selected will take place on October 08.
The films will be divided into three official shows: Competitive International Show of Short films (Main Show), Competitive National Show of Short films, Competitive Exhibition Sergipana de Curtas.
Informational shows can be created at the discretion of the festival organization.

Display copies of selected foreign language films must be submitted without embedded subtitles and accompanied by the English or Portuguese (preferably) dialogue list in SRT format.

All costs for sending the trophy will be on account of the winner who can not be present at the awards ceremony.
XII - FILM GENRE
The International Film Festival of Itabaiana will select short films of the genre Animation, Documentary, Experimental, Fiction, Videoclip and Videodance.
XIII - EXHIBITION
After the filming of the film, the person in charge will be agreeing that the film is shown for free throughout the show on days chosen by the organizers.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The International Film Festival of Itabaiana is exempt from any liability regarding the content of the films as well as the licenses, authorizations and necessary rights related to its exhibition. Such issues are the entire responsibility of the filmmaker.
I affirm that I have read and agree to the regulations of the International Festival of Itabaiana and that the information I have given above is true and expressly authorize:
1 - That the work inscribed through this document be part of the collection of the International Film Festival of Itabaiana, and can be exhibited from November 2019;
2 - The transmission of photos, sound and images on TV, CD-Rom, Internet, DVD and any printed or electronic media of excerpts from this work, or its entirety, in non-commercial exhibition, for the release of the film and the International Film Festival of Itabaiana and other activities related to the event.

A mostra exibirá e premiará trabalhos lançados entre o período Julho/2018 e Setembro/2019 em circuito nacional e internacional. A mostra também oferecerá oficinas e palestras temáticas. Todas as atividades são gratuitas. As Oficinas requerem prévia inscrição.

VIII – MOSTRA COMPETITIVA
Todos os filmes exibidos ao longo da mostra estarão concorrendo a premiação segundo eleição do júri. E ainda existirá uma categoria em que o público poderá escolher o melhor filme.
IX - INSCRIÇÃO

O Período de Inscrição é entre 22 de Julho e 31 de Setembro.
Não há taxa de inscrição para filmes sergipanos e brasileiros.
Não há limite de filmes por realizador.
Filmes em língua estrangeira devem ser enviados com legendas em inglês ou português (legenda preferencial).
Os filmes devem ter sido concluídos após Julho/2018, e possuir no máximo 40 minutos de duração.

Caso, não haja ao menos 5 filmes selecionados nas 3 categorias principais, a subcategoria não terá premiação. (Por exemplo: se não tivermos 5 filmes documentários selecionados, a categoria documentário não terá premiação).
Os filmes inscritos na categoria Sergipe devem ter na sua equipe, três realizadores naturais ou residentes no estado. Para a inscrição ser validada, nesta categoria é necessário enviar comprovante de nascimento ou residência dos realizadores sergipanos para o e-mail: festcineitabaiana@gmail.com
X - SELEÇÃO
O anúncio dos selecionados ocorrerá no dia 08 de Outubro.
Os filmes serão divididos em três mostras oficiais: Mostra Competitiva Internacional de Curtas (Mostra Principal), Mostra Competitiva Nacional de Curtas, Mostra Competitiva Sergipana de Curtas.
Mostras informativas poderão ser criadas a critério da organização do festival.
Os filmes selecionados deverão o arquivo em Digital Cinema Package (DCP) e em MP4/H.264, que devem ser encaminhado ao evento em até 72 horas após o anúncio dos selecionados, por meio de link para download para o endereço de e-mail: festcineitabaiana@gmail.com
As cópias de exibição de filmes selecionados em língua estrangeira devem ser enviados sem legendas embutidas e acompanhadas da lista de diálogos em inglês ou Português (preferencialmente) no formato SRT.

XII – GÊNERO
O Festival Internacional de Cinema de Itabaiana selecionará filmes curta-metragens do gênero Animação, Documentário, Experimental, Ficção, Videoclipe e Videodança.
XIII – EXIBIÇÃO
Após a inscrição do filme, o responsável estará concordando com que o filme seja exibido gratuitamente ao longo da mostra em dias escolhidos pelos organizadores.
DISPOSIÇÕES GERAIS
O Festival Internacional de Cinema de Itabaiana está isento de qualquer responsabilidade referente ao conteúdo dos filmes bem como das licenças, autorizações e direitos necessários vinculados a sua exibição. Tais questões é de inteira responsabilidade do participante realizador.
Afirmo ter lido e estar de acordo com o regulamento do Festival Internacional de Itabaiana e que as informações por mim prestadas acima são verdadeiras e autorizo expressamente:
1 – Que a obra inscrita por meio deste documento faça parte do acervo do Festival Internacional de Cinema de Itabaiana , podendo ser exibida a partir de Novembro de 2019;
2 – A veiculação de fotos, som e imagens em TV, CD-Rom, Internet, DVD e quaisquer mídia impressa ou eletrônica de trechos desta obra, ou sua íntegra, em exibição não comercial, para divulgação do filme e do Festival Internacional de Cinema de Itabaiana e demais atividades ligadas ao evento;
