International Cinema Festival

1. ICF 2020 is a Live Screening festival curated for contemporary cinema audiences.
2. All films / documentaries shot on film or Video after 1st January 2019 with a maximum running duration of 30 minutes for short films and 60 minutes for documentary are eligible for the festival.
3. Participation in the Festival implies acceptance of these Regulations.
Films must be narrative or documentary works only.
4. Films other than English language must be subtitled in English.
5. Films may be entered by any organization, agency, individual producer or director.
6. Selection of films / videos for ICF shall be done by a committee whose decision will be final. Festival Authorities reserve the right to accept or reject any film that is likely to offend sentiments, feelings or sensibilities of any caste, community, religion and sector is likely to promote racism or ill will in the society.
7. For promotional / publicity purposes, excerpts from any film entered in the festival may be shown on any Television network / Internet or related media.
8. All communication, including selection and accolades/ certificates will be done online.
9. You can submit more than one film, as long as each work meets the applicable criteria.
10. The Festival will not consider commercials or advertisements pornographic content or “work in progress”.
11. Films once selected and submitted for the final screening shall not be allowed to be withdrawn until the Festival is over.
12. Notifications shall be sent to the designated contact person that the submission has been received and/or accepted.
13. Decisions of the Festival Authorities regarding all matters not expressly provided for in these regulations or which require interpretation of the clauses mentioned above shall be final and binding on all parties.
