UPDATE ** Due to COVID-19 restrictions all Screening Sessions programmed for December 8th will be held as an Online Event.
Public Event will be rescheduled for March 2021 during the One Week Annual Event where the Best Short of the Year and Best New Filmmaker cash prizes will be announced, along with our partner Festivals. Additionally all the award-winning movies announced on November 11th, 2020 will be screened throughout the Event.

Along with our Festival Partners, our mission is to discover talented filmmakers from all over the world and help them promote and showcase their work in Seoul, Cannes , New York, Miami and Buenos Aires.
Indie Shorts Awards Cannes is a festival dedicated to international short films of all genres, aiming to find new voices and perspectives to celebrate the power of a good story. We are committed to bring the best of worldwide cinema.
No other city in Europe honors the cinema as Cannes does, living and breathing throughout the year under the lights of cinema. It is a unique and picturesque historic location along the French Riviera where you can experience the entirety of the fantastic film world. Since 1939, it has been “the” city of cinema, where you can find as much talent as the stars that it welcomes and without any doubt is the number-one international market for filmmakers.
We are willing to screen your film in different markets amongst diverse audiences, in order to support you in developing your uprising career.
As an initiative of our Festival partnership with Indie Shorts Awards Seoul, Buenos Aires, New York and Miami , all award winning films will be screened in our public events. All tickets for the screening blocks will be complimentary.
Our professional screeners will privately review your film and the highest scored films will become part of the official selection. Then, our international jury will award the best projects among them. All of them will receive the official laurel and an achievement certificate.
We will also be awarding the Best Short of the year with a prize of USD 2500 and the Best New Filmmaker with a prize of USD 1000 (The annual prize of usd 2500 will be given once a year to the best film chosen from the Five Festivals. Same as the annual prize of usd 1000 for Best New Filmmaker).
Winner announcements will be released through our social media to help promote your film.
We know the importance of having a full house cinema. This is why we are committed to promote all our events around the world and present our screenings free of charge.
Each event is an opportunity for networking with other artists and people from the industry.
