It is the sixth consecutive year for the international cartoon exhibition. This year's exhibition is titled "Road Behavior and Risks".
Cartoon, Animation and live action movies will also be hosted. Preference will be given to movies about driving, driving behavior or something about these issues. It can be comedy, drama, musical, horror, social, visual, parody, etc.
There are no restrictions on when the film was made, nor does it need to be a premiere.
