Open to the United States and all International entries
Applicants must submit preview screeners
Foreign language entries must have English language subtitles
Applicants may submit as many entries as they wish, but each entry must be a unique entry form
If selected, it is the responsibility of the applicant to send the Festival their film in HD video format
All decisions made by the festival are final and at their discretion
By submitting, applicant gives consent for film to be streamed during for the festival duration on its website and video adjacent streaming services
Film submitted must include a Halloween theme or a reference to Halloween
We encourage film and/or production stills as well as any other collateral you may have to help promote your film if it is accepted
