People that sent their shorts on the first and second edition are welcome to submit again with new shorts of course. Please DO NOT submit the same short you sent before.
Do not submit short films longer than 5 minutes.
The best short films, photographs and songs will be exhibited in the summer festival.
To guarantee the exhibition of your work if it accomplishes the rules there's a tiny fee.
