THE NUMBER OF SHORT FILMS. FEATURE FILMS, AUDIOVISUAL WORKS AND FILMS THAT YOU CAN SUBMIT TO THE CONTEST IS UNLIMITED
YOUR FILM CANNOT BE A REDUCED OR EXTENDED VERSION OF ANOTHER FILM MADE BEFORE THIS FESTIVAL.

THE STANDARD PLAYBACK FORMAT IS 1920 × 1080

Each received Short Film can last from 1 to 25 minutes.
The reception of material, begins on October 21, 2020 until November 27 of this year 2020 at a point of 12:00 HRS, CENTER OF MEXICO.
Each feature film received may have 60 to 180 minutes with CREDITS INCLUDED, the exhibition formats are digital extension .MKV, MOV or .MP4.
Likewise, a trailer or preview of your short film must be included, this in order to further promote its presence within and outside the framework of the Festival.
SUBTITLED
If your short is in a language other than SPANISH / CASTELLANO,
SUBTITLE TO SPANISH is mandatory; to be spoken in

disseminated in the networks of Spanish-speaking festivals, in order that your

IT MUST BE CLEAR THAT THE ORGANIZATION RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO ADMIT TO THE COMPETITION AUDIOVISUAL WORKS, WHICH, ACCORDING TO ITS CRITERIA, DO NOT MEET THE TECHNICAL, ARTISTIC AND / OR LEGAL CONDITIONS REQUIRED BY THE FESTIVAL
LEGAL BASES
The producer, director, distributor or the sender of the audiovisual work accepts the rules of our festival. THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE reserves the right to
admission and will decide on unforeseen or extraordinary cases

The FICSLP, DAGERROTIPO A.C., COMMITTEE AND ORGANIZING STAFF, DECLINE
AND WE DISCLAIM US from all legal responsibility for rights
author, intellectual property or image of the content of your short film,
feature film, audiovisual work and / or film.
Also by participating in the INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL OF SAN
LUIS POTOSÍ is granted in common agreement and free of charge the rights
for exhibition and diffusion of your short film, feature film, audiovisual work

DAGUERROTIPO A.C. AND THE SAN LUIS POTOSÍ INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL DOES NOT SEEK TO PROFIT OR EXPLOIT FOR THEIR BENEFIT WITH
NO AUDIOVISUAL WORK RECEIVED, AS WE ARE ALL OURS
FREE EVENTS.
* IN CASE OF RESULTING A WINNER IN ANY CATEGORY OF
OUR FESTIVAL, THE ASSIGNMENT OF EXHIBITION RIGHTS AND
FREE DISSEMINATION WILL HAVE AN UNDEFINED PERIOD, TO
BE ABLE FREELY CONTINUE TO EXHIBIT AND DISSEMINATE THE WORK
AUDIOVISUAL AND PRESUME IN SUCCESSIVE EDITIONS TO OUR
WINNERS AND PRESENT THE QUALITY OF OUR
PARTICIPANTS.

agreement with the owner of the rights to the participating audiovisual work.

EL NÚMERO DE CORTOMETRAJES. LARGOMETRAJES, OBRAS AUDIOVISUALES Y PELÍCULAS QUE PUEDES PRESENTAR A CONCURSO ES ILIMITADO
TU PELÍCULA NO PUEDE SER UNA VERSIÓN REDUCIDA O EXTENDIDA DE OTRA PELÍCULA HECHA CON ANTERIORIDAD A ESTE FESTIVAL.
NO PODRÁN PARTICIPAR A CONCURSO EMPLEADOS O
COLABORADORES DEL FICSLP Y/O DAGUERROTIPO A.C.
EL FORMATO DE REPRODUCCIÓN ESTÁNDAR ES DE 1920×1080
AQUÉL PROYECTO QUE NO CUMPLA CON DICHAS ESPECIFICACIONES, NO SERÁ TOMADO EN CUENTA EN EL PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN.

Así mismo reiteramos que no se dará trato preferencial o podrán ser aceptados a
concurso trabajos de realizadores que no cumplan los requisitos y reglas.
Cada Cortometraje recibido puede durar de 1 hasta 25 minutos.
La recepción de material, inicia el 21 de Octubre del 2020 hasta el 27 de Noviembre del presente año 2020 en un punto de las 12:00 HRS, CENTRO DE MÉXICO.
Cada largometraje recibido podrá tener de 60 a 180 minutos con CRÉDITOS INCLUIDOS, los formatos de exhibición son digitales extensión .MKV, MOV o .MP4.
Así mismo se deberá incluir un tráiler o avance de tu cortometraje, esto con la finalidad de impulsar más su presencia dentro y fuera del marco del Festival.
SUBTITULADO
Si tu corto se encuentra en otro idioma diferente AL ESPAÑOL/CASTELLANO,
es obligatorio SUBTITULAR AL CASTELLANO; de estar hablado en
español/castellano, no es necesario subtitularlo.
ATENCIÓN: Nuestro festival es en idioma ESPAÑOL/CASTELLANO y es
difundido en las redes de festivales de habla Hispana, con la finalidad de que tu
película pueda ser vista y entendida por el mayor número de personas, es
necesario contener subtítulos en este idioma.
Si tu película se encuentra seleccionada y no cumple con este requisito de
subtítulos, se otorgará una prórroga para la recepción de la obra audiovisual con
los subtítulos en tiempo y forma acordados (incrustados o archivos .SRT), de no
ser así, el cortometraje, largometraje, obra audiovisual o película será
Descalificada.
Posteriormente, una vez que se compruebe que dicho material cumple con las bases anteriormente especificadas , se te enviará un e-mail o mensaje a través de la plataforma mediante la cual aplicaste para notificarte si formará parte de nuestra selección oficial y/o ha sido nominado.

SELECCIÓN OFICIAL
AUNQUE EL PLAZO DE RECEPCIÓN DE PELÍCULAS ES EXTENSO, SE RECOMIENDA QUE NOS ENVÍES LO MÁS PRONTO TUS OBRAS, CON LA FINALIDAD DE QUE EL EQUIPO DE PROGRAMACIÓN Y JURADO TENGAN MAYOR TIEMPO Y FACILIDAD DE VER TU OBRA.
SE DEBE TENER CLARO QUE LA ORGANIZACIÓN SE RESERVA EL DERECHO A NO ADMITIR A CONCURSO LAS OBRAS AUDIOVISUALES, QUE, SEGÚN SU CRITERIO, NO CUMPLAN LAS CONDICIONES TÉCNICAS, ARTÍSTICAS Y/O LEGALES EXIGIDAS POR EL FESTIVAL.
BASES LEGALES
El productor, director, distribuidor o la persona remitente de la obra audiovisual acepta las bases de nuestro festival. EL COMITÉ ORGANIZADOR se reserva el derecho de
admisión y decidirá sobre los casos imprevistos o extraordinarios que se
presenten y que difieran de las bases.
El FICSLP, DAGERROTIPO A.C., COMITÉ Y PERSONAL ORGANIZADOR, DECLINAMOS
Y NOS DESLINDAMOS de toda responsabilidad legal sobre derechos de
autor, de propiedad intelectual o de imagen del contenido de tu cortometraje,
largometraje, obra audiovisual y/o película.
Asimismo al participar en el FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE CINE DE SAN
LUIS POTOSÍ se otorga en común acuerdo y de forma gratuita los derechos
para exhibición y difusión de tu cortometraje, largometraje, obra audiovisual
y/o película. Esto durante el periodo que comprende desde la recepción del
trabajo u obra, ya sea a través de nuestras plataformas redes sociales (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) y/o correo electrónico (we
transfer, drive, icloud, gmail), y hasta la siguiente edición del Festival (1 año). ESO
NO SIGNIFICA QUE TU PIERDAS LOS DERECHOS SOBRE TU OBRA, lo
hacemos para poder libremente reproducirla, distribuirla, difundirla y exhibirla
ante los medios de comunicación que apoyan o trabajan en conjunto con el
FICSLP y DAGUERROTIPO A.C., esto con la finalidad que podamos darle la
mayor difusión a sus obras audiovisuales cuando sean nominadas o ganadoras de
nuestro Festival.
DAGUERROTIPO A.C. Y EL FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE CINE DE SAN LUIS POTOSÍ NO BUSCAN LUCRAR, NI EXPLOTAR EN SU BENEFICIO CON
NINGUNA OBRA AUDIOVISUAL RECIBIDA, AL SER TODOS NUESTROS
EVENTOS DE CARÁCTER GRATUITO.
* EN CASO DE RESULTAR GANADOR EN ALGUNA CATEGORÍA DE
NUESTRO FESTIVAL, LA CESIÓN DE DERECHOS DE EXHIBICIÓN Y
DIFUSIÓN DE FORMA GRATUITA TENDRÁ UN PLAZO INDEFINIDO, PARA
PODER LIBREMENTE CONTINUAR EXHIBIENDO Y DIFUNDIENDO LA OBRA
AUDIOVISUAL Y PRESUMIR EN SUCESIVAS EDICIONES A NUESTROS
GANADORES Y DEJAR PRESENTE LA CALIDAD DE NUESTROS
PARTICIPANTES.
El párrafo antes mencionado es puesto a reserva de aceptación y de común
acuerdo con el titular de los derechos sobre la obra audiovisual participante.
Contar con su participación es lo más importante para nuestro festival y a
nombre de todo el equipo del FICSLP les deseamos suerte y éxito!
