Festival Internacional de Cine de Pehuajo

1) DE LOS AUTORES:
Podrán participar realizadores argentinos y extranjeros.
Cada autor puede presentar varias obras, pero deberá presentarlas de manera individual.

2) DE LAS OBRAS:
Las obras presentadas deberán haber sido realizadas a partir de Enero 2018.
El cortometraje deberá tener una duración máxima de 12 minutos incluidos los créditos.
Las obras pueden haber sido realizadas originalmente en cualquier soporte, fílmico o digital.

3) DE LA PRESENTACIÓN:
La presentación deberá incluir:
INSCRIPCIÓN ONLINE EN LA PLATAFORMA filmfreeway.com
Una inscripción por cada cortometraje
Las obras que no presenten la ficha de inscripción completa con todos los datos serán automáticamente descartadas de la competencia y la muestra.
Información requerida en la plataforma
Link de previsualización a través de la plataforma.
Es excluyente que los cortos en otro idioma que no sea español estén subtitulados en español.

El sólo hecho de participar implica el conocimiento y la aceptación del presente Reglamento y sus Bases.

4)DE LA SELECCIÓN:
Un Comité de Selección de “FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE CINE DE PEHUAJÓ 2020” realizará una preselección de las obras finalistas para ser entregadas al Jurado Oficial, que visionará los cortometrajes.
El Comité seleccionará también largometrajes y cortometrajes fuera de la Competencia, que participarán de muestras paralelas.
Los ganadores se publicarán al momento de la entrega de premios el 25 de febrero de 2020.

5)DEL JURADO:
El jurado a cargo de las dos competencias oficiales estará integrado por personalidades de la cultura y de la cinematografía.
Las decisiones que tome el jurado, tanto en la previsualización, selección y premiación de las obras es inapelable.
Los premios pueden quedar vacantes.

6)DE LOS DERECHOS:
La Asociación Generación podrá utilizar fragmentos de las obras finalistas para la difusión de futuros certámenes o actividades, en los medios de comunicación sin derecho a percibir por eso monto alguno derivado de este uso por parte del autor.
Más allá de esto, los derechos sobre la obra continuarán en propiedad del autor.

7)DE LA ENTREGA DE LOS PREMIOS:
Sólo el cortometraje ganador de la categoría MEJOR CORTOMETRAJE recibirá un premio de DIEZ MIL PESOS Argentinos ($10000).
Para el resto de las categorías, la Asociación Generacción solo otorgará premios honoríficos.
Todos los cortometrajes ganadores recibirán un diploma y una estatuilla.
Los premios, diplomas y menciones serán entregados en el Acto de Cierre de “FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE CINE DE PEHUAJÓ 2020” a realizarse el 25 de febrero de 2020.

8)OTROS:
Cualquier cuestión no contemplada en este reglamento será resuelta por los organizadores, haciendo renuncia expresa el participante a reclamos judiciales o extrajudiciales que puedan nacer de tales resoluciones.
La participación en la presente convocatoria, supone la total aceptación de estas bases y de las demás condiciones que sean fijadas en relación a las mismas y/o se integren a estas.

1) OF THE AUTHORS:
Argentine and foreign filmmakers may participate.
Each author can present several works, but must present them individually.

2) OF THE WORKS:
The works submitted must have been made as of January 2018.
The short film must have a maximum duration of 12 minutes including credits.
The works may have been originally made on any medium, film or digital.

3) OF THE PRESENTATION:
The presentation must include:
ONLINE REGISTRATION IN THE FILMFREEWAY.COM PLATFORM
One registration for each short film
The works that do not present the complete registration form with all the data will be automatically discarded from the competition and the sample.

Preview link through the platform.

The mere fact of participating implies knowledge and acceptance of this Regulation and its Basis.

4) OF THE SELECTION:
A Selection Committee of “INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL OF PEHUAJÓ 2020” will make a pre-selection of the finalist works to be delivered to the Official Jury, which will watch the short films.
The Committee will also select feature films and short films outside the Competition, which will participate in parallel shows.
Winners will be published at the time of the awards ceremony on February 25, 2020.

5) OF THE JURY:
The jury in charge of the two official competitions will be composed of personalities of culture and cinematography.
The decisions taken by the jury, both in the preview, selection and award of the works is final.
Prizes may become vacant.

6) RIGHTS:
The Generation Association may use fragments of the finalist works for the dissemination of future contests or activities, in the media without the right to receive any amount derived from this use by the author.
Beyond this, the rights to the work will remain the property of the author.

7) OF THE DELIVERY OF THE PRIZES:
Only the winning short film in the BEST SHORT FILM category will receive a prize of TEN THOUSAND PESOS Argentinos ($ 10,000).
For the rest of the categories, the Generation Association will only award honorary prizes.
All winning short films will receive a diploma and a statuette.
The awards, diplomas and mentions will be presented at the Closing Act of “INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL OF PEHUAJÓ 2020” to be held on February 25, 2020.

8) OTHER:
Any issue not contemplated in these regulations will be resolved by the organizers, the participant expressly waiving legal or extrajudicial claims that may arise from such resolutions.
Participation in this call implies full acceptance of these rules and other conditions that are set in relation to them and / or are integrated into them.
