- Filmmakers of all skill levels are encouraged to apply. Anyone can join, as long as your work is about the Filipino or Diasporic Filipino experience.
- Narrative, documentary, and experimental films are welcome. Feel free to submit as many films as you want!
- E-mail the director for waiver codes for qualifying films (your work is about the Filipino or Diasporic Filipino experience).
