TERMS FOR THE 3 AWARDS:
New Danish Talent:
- Running time must be no longer than 30 min. (including credits)
- The short film must be finalized in 2019, 2020 or 2021.
- Danish produced short film (the short film is considered a Danish production when it is made in collaboration with a Danish production company and/or institution or if the majority of the following functions are performed by Danes; director, producer, scriptwriter, editor and photographer (DOP)).
- The director and two of the following functions on the production must be 25 years or younger when the film was finalized (producer, scriptwriter, editor and films main photographer/DOP).
Best Danish Short Film:
- Running time must be no longer than 30 min. (including credits).
- The short film must be finalized in 2019, 2020 or 2021.
- Danish produced short film (the short film is considered a Danish production when it is made in collaboration with a Danish production company and/or institution or if the majority of the following functions are performed by Danes; director, producer, scriptwriter, editor and photographer (DOP)).
Best Foreign Short Film:
- Running time must be no longer than 30 min. (including credits)
- The short film must be finalized in 2019, 2020, 2021.
Each award winners will be selected by a jury consisting of industry professionals.

CONDITIONS FOR SUBMITTION TO CSFF:
- You can submit all kinds of short films - children films, animation, documentary, live action, art films, music videos and so on
- The film can not have a running time over 30 min. (credits included)
- The submitted film should be finalised in 2019 or 2020
- The submitted film should have english subtitles, if selected the screening version has to have english subs.
When applying your film to the Copenhagen Short Film Festival, you agree to the following conditions:
- That the submitter is the holder of all rights for the film, and that no rights for all or parts of the film are in dispute.
- CSFF decide when and where your film will be screened during the festival period.
- CSFF can use material from the film (clips from the film, trailer and pictures) for promotional purposes (such as festival trailer, poster and program).
- CSFF only accepts online submissions through FilmFreeway.
