Climate Action Film Festival Rules & Terms

Submission and acceptance into the Climate Action Film Festival indicates that the Climate Action Film Festival has the right to use still images and clips in printed and digital promotional materials.

Submitting to the Climate Action Film Festival grants SunCommon (the festival creator) and the partners they select to screen your film on a variety of streaming platforms and at a variety of venues on an ongoing basis for the duration of the festival.

Submitting to the Climate Action Film Festival grants SunCommon (the festival creator) the right to host your film on streaming platforms.

Entrants grant the festival organizers the right to use clips of your film for festival trailers and promotional materials.

Submissions accepted into the festival may not be withdrawn after acceptance.

The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening at the touring Climate Action Film Festival.

All rights must be cleared by the filmmakers before films are submitted. Consent of performers and/or persons appearing in the film must be obtained before films are submitted.
