Films must be shot, directed, and produced by youth age 18 and under. Adult supervision must be limited to an advisory capacity only.
Films must have been completed after January 1, 2016.
Films must be between 30-seconds and 5-minutes in length.
The subject of the film should somehow connect to Latino, Spanish and/or Portuguese-speaking culture.
Films can be produced in any language but need to have English subtitles for the festival presentation.
Films can be fiction, documentary, animation, experimental or VR.
Films can be shot on any type of video camera.
