The Chungju International Martial Arts and Action Film Festival's entry rules are as follows.
There are three main things that the festival focuses on.
- Movies with Martial Arts
-A movie based on action
-A movie based on the martial arts spirit.
*The martial arts spirit is based on the basic spirit of martial arts, 'Sky, Ground, Human'. Also, it focuses on the spirit of the people who save the dizzy world, protecting the family and the group from evil.
The sections of the film festival are as follows:
-Korean Film Hall of Fame
-Special warfare
-World Action
-Asia Action
-Kids
-Independent film
*Sections may be changed.
If the Chungju International Martial Arts and Action Film Festival has entered the martial arts spirit, it will also be considered a martial arts film and selected through fair screening.
The Chungju International Martial Arts and Action Film Festival has no competition section and will receive non-competitive feature films. The selected work will be placed in the matching section and may be selected as the opening or closing film.

- No English subtitles required for Korean works
- English subtitles are required if not Korean or English
*If selected
- Submit English subtitles, English scripts, a director's photo, five still cuts and movie posters.
- Film festivals can produce video and other promotional materials for promotion.
