Regular (5th March, 2021) €0

In the spirit of the greats that we love like Chaplin and Keaton, we are opening up a category for silent films. As this is a purely visual medium, no diagetic sounds will be allowed in these films; soundtracks are acceptable if they follow festival guidelines for copywritten music. No voiceovers. Be creative; while the classics are shot in sepia with film grain and old title cards, we want you to think outside of the box and build something new; overly satirical copies will not accepted. 10 min. max. -Submissions must be 100% original and student-created: no help from advisors or professional individuals outside of the classroom (excluding actors). -Student-Appropriate Content Only: No excessive strong language, blatant sexuality, pointless violence, pointless drug/alcohol/tobacco use (i.e. glorifying destructive behaviors), nudity, child peril, etc. -The use of copy-written material of any kind (Music, video, images, etc.) will result in your film being removed from the festival.
