Submitted films must be original, and the sole property of the applicant(s).
Cal State LA students and alumni submissions only.
All submissions in a different language must provide English subtitles.
Submissions must be under 12 minutes.
There is no limit to the number of entries you may submit.
You must allow us to download your short films.
By submitting and entering this film festival, you are agreeing to allow us, the CSULA Golden Eagle Film Festival, the rights to screen and distribute your films.
