Bucharest International Dance Film Festival invites filmmakers, choreographers and animators to submit their short films to the sixth edition of the festival, taking place between the 3rd and the 6th of September 2020 in Bucharest.
The competitional section is dedicated only to short films and is divided into 3 sections: International, Romanian and Musicals. The board will take into considerations fiction, documentary, animation and musical films, that either use movement to explore an idea, either speak about issues related to the body and the world of dance. We also highly encourage you to apply if you have a short film, centred on the concept of utopia and dystopia.
BIDFF awards excellence, novelty and courage in filmmaking, with a prize pool of 2000 euro.
