The International Students Association of East Tennessee State University presents the first ever Buccaneer International Film Festival (BIFF). We are glad to bring an event that will be able to unite the world in our beautiful Appalachian area, through the art of filmmaking. This competitive event is to raise the awareness and education the various cultures that exist in the world, united under the name of film. We call out to every college-level talent throughout the world to showcase their skills in the art of filmmaking, and for a chance to promote unity and peace worldwide as we celebrate our diverse heritage as human beings. The Buccaneer International Film festival strives on promoting this unity, as well as holding a place where we can come together to appreciate the beautiful art of film.
