- Your Film before it should not be released on the site and public display halls.
- Films produced before January 2019 will not be accepted.

Our festival hosts short fiction films from around the world, all genres are relevant to us., but we will also host short documentaries and animations, and we have dedicated a small portion of our selections to them and non-fiction works. They can compete for the title of the best honorary film. A short feature film will be selected by the judges as the best film of the festival. Also, the winners of the other sections will be selected by the judges at the end of the festival day.
