The Bollywood Festival Norway every years gets ready to bring the most original stories of new ideas and experiences together with the most adventure audiences for its annual program of dramatic and documentary films, short films, panel discussions with highly experienced film makers, and dynamic music and dance events. Since 2003, hundreds of films launched at the Festival have gained critical recognition, received commercial distribution, and reached worldwide audiences eager for fresh perspectives and new voices. Year after year, the Festival pursues new ways to introduce more people to the most original and authentic storytelling.
Bollywood Festival Norway screens the best selection of films in the event. We do not have any awards or prizes for films screened in the festival. But yes we do give the film a new level by screening it to the audience and film distributors as well as media companies attending to the festival.
However we do give awards to film personalities for their contribution to the Film Industry.
