The Best Actors Film Festival is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt or clip from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition for viewing and promotional purposes.
The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to submit the film for consideration, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.
The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless from and against The Best Actors Film Festival any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening copies entered.
The Best Actors Film Festival Committee reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any project submitted.
We accept all genres of film and video including, but not limited to narrative, experimental, fantasy, film noir, musical, western, action, adventure, comedy, drama, dramedy, mystery, thriller, biography, crime, parody, children's, etc.
All categories will be awarded. Need not be present to win.
