The Arts Society of Kingston (ASK) and local video production company Nostrand Productions has teamed up for an exciting new film showcase series. ASK for Film aims to grow the Hudson Valley’s independent film community by presenting works from local filmmakers and/or Hudson Valley subjects.
ASK for Film will have Friday night screenings (June 17th, August 19th, and October 21st).
Each showcase will run two hours consisting of an opening, 70-80 minutes of film(s), a short Q&A with the filmmaker(s), and closing statements.
Audience members that attend all three nights will ballot after the final October screening to award the ASK For Film Best in Show & Runner-up.
