1. Films that fall into any following categories are accepted by the committee：
* Contains Asian world languages. (including Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Mongol, and Turkic etc.)
* Shows Asian society and culture.
* The cast and/or production member(s) with Asian ethnic background.
2. Short films are under 30 minutes in length.
3. All shooting formats accepted.
4. Films must have been completed after Jan 1, 2013.
5. All non-English Films must have English subtitles.
6. Work-in-progress will be considered, provided they will be completed prior to the festival. Films should be marked as either a "Rough Cut" or "Work In Progress/WIP".
7. Entrant confirms and warrants required legal authority to submit the entry into the Festival and its usage of all music, images, and content in the entry. Films using non-licensed, copyrighted musical, or literary properties without legal permission are NOT eligible.
8. Film selection for the festival will be made by the screening committee (with MoRedii and USC). All filmmakers will be notified via email of acceptance.
9. There is no submission fee for this event.
10. By submitting your film, you are agreeing to screen your film during the Festival, and your film will be used for promotional purposes.
11. By submitting your film, you are agreeing to all the regulations stated above.
