Entry fees Description

The competition is open to films realized for the cinema with any animation technique, frame by frame or computer graphic. Short animated films (the duration of which must not exceed 30 minutes of the total running time) produced or co-produced in the following countries are eligible to apply: Albania, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine.

Short animated films (the duration of which must not exceed 30 minutes of the total running time) produced within a public or private educational institution of the following countries are eligible to apply: all EU member countries and Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine. The films must be completed in 2019 or 2020. Film previously screened at the Animateka festival are not eligible.
