Below you can find A Rebel Minded Festival Rules & Terms. It is the responsibility of the Filmmaker to read the terms & conditions below to ensure you understand what is expected at A Rebel Minded Festival.

ARMF welcomes submissions in all genres and visual forms. So long as they are not obscene or offensive.
All submissions must be original works and must abide by all copyright laws and/or are rights free.
Narrative content must have English subtitles if the content language is not in English so viewers can follow along.
Multiple episodes of a video series may be combined and entered as one video, as long as the total length of the video does not exceed 40 minutes.
All applicants are requested to supply artwork and other promotional material for the film
All entries must be submitted in .MOV or .Mp4 format
Each filmmaker will receive 2 complimentary general admission tickets for 2 guest
If your Content is selected, you allow Rebel Minded Media the rights to stream your content on Rebel Minded TV. Content submitters have the option to opt-out should the placement interfere with a distribution deal.
Participants agree to provide ample advertising to help promote the event and increase their viewing audience.
Participants grant Rebel Minded Media the right to display in-video advertising via Rebel Minded TV.
All submission fees must be paid via credit card or PayPal.
Festival dates are subject to change.
ALL SUBMISSION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Although festival organizers will consider all submission requests, it is up to their discretion to categorize and select submissions for the screening that they determine appropriate.

If any of these rules or regulations are not followed, A Rebel Minded Society has the right to refuse participation in the event.

THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT AFFECTING YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY

Content Entry Release: you’re the sole person responsible to make the decision to enter this content in A Rebel Minded Festival. you agree that the content you’re submitting is an original work, and all materials that are included are under the proper copyright laws and/or are rights free. A Rebel Minded Society is not responsible for any films including logos, music, or any other materials that have not received the proper clearance. If these unapproved films are discovered, they will not be ineligible for the competition. A Rebel Minded Society is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any content submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes. The individual or corporation submitting the content hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the content for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless A Rebel Minded Festival, and A Rebel Minded Society from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered. By submitting your content to A Rebel Minded Festival you commit to a public screening of your content with A Rebel Minded Festival by A Rebel Minded Society.

Media Release: Your submission signifies that you consent to be photographed, interviewed and/or videotaped by representatives of A Rebel Minded Festival, and media outlets (newspaper, T.V. & radio stations, etc.). Any information or images obtained from those activities may be reproduced by A Rebel Minded Society and/or the public media for use in advertising, publicity or educational activities, including but not limited to Web sites, publications, videos, print, and television news. you grant A Rebel Minded Society exclusive permission to use our name, characters, photographs, logo and likenesses in connection with promotion of A Rebel Minded Festival and waive any claims to royalty, rights or remuneration for such use. You authorize A Rebel Minded Festival, its assigns and its transferees to copyright, use, and publish such photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

You’re 18 years of age or older and have read this release before submitting, fully understanding the contents, meaning, and impact of this release. You understand that you are free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to submitting, and agree that your failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release. If any of these rules or regulations are not followed, A Rebel Minded Society has the right to refuse participation in the event. You will be consulted about the use of the photographs or video recording for any purpose other than those listed above. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

Your submission signifies that you acknowledge that you have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. You hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for promotional purposes.
