About the festival

1. Documentary films that do not exceed 45 minutes in duration and short films and animation film that do not exceed 20 minutes in duration will be eligible for competition.
2. Films to participate in the competition must be recorded with the "PAL" system.
3. Those interested in participating in the competition may submit the application form via the SETEM Academy (www.setemakademi.com) web page.
4. Submission of the demonstration shall be deemed accepted by the competitor if the films submitted to the competition are included in the SETEM Academy events without the commercial purpose, indicating the director's name.
5. For the promotion of the festival, the use of the short piece of each work for up to 20 seconds in length or for the purpose of promoting the fragment (TV, radio, print publications, internet etc.) shall be deemed accepted by the competitor.
6. Judgment of the jurisdiction of the jury and the preliminary selection board.
7. The deadline for admission to the festival is 01 October 2018.
8. Participants must send their participation application forms to info@setem.org.tr by mail to SETEM Akademia by this date at the latest.
9. Responsibility for ownership of copyrights.
10.Films participating in the festival will first pass through the front row. The selected films will be judged by the jury to be created by the industry professionals and will be announced at the awards ceremony to be held in December.
11.Applications for the 11th International Awards must be made at www.filmfreeway.com.
12. In addition, jury special awards will be given without seeking a preliminary qualification category among the films participating in the competition (Documentary, Animation, Short Film).
13. In memory of International Silk Road Film Awardsi for works selected in the certificate will be given

Terms and rules

ŞARTNAME
1. Yarışmaya, süresi 20 dakikayı aşmayan Kurmaca Film ve Animasyon Filmler ile süresi 45 dakikayı aşmayan Belgesel Filmler katılabilir.
2. Yarışmaya katılacak filmler “PAL” sistemi ile kaydedilmiş olmalıdır.
3. Yarışmaya katılmak isteyenler, başvuru formunu SETEM Akademi (www.setemakademi.com) web sayfasından sağlayabilirler.
4. Yarışmaya gönderilen filmlerin, yönetmen adı belirtilerek, ticari amaç gözetmeksizin SETEM Akademi etkinliklerinde yer alması, gösterime sunulması yarışmacı tarafından kabul edilmiş sayılır.
5.Festivalde ön jüriyi geçen filmler, Uluslararası İpekyolu Film Ödülleri tarafından belirlenecek bir internet paltformunda üyelik oluşturarak izleyici ile buluşturulacaktır.
6.Festival tanıtımı için her bir eserin en fazla 20’şer saniyelik kısa bölümünün ya da fragmanının tanıtımı amaçlı (TV, radyo, basılı yayınlar, internet v.b. ortamlarda) kullanımı yarışmacı tarafından kabul edilmiş sayılır.
7. Ön seçici kurul ve jürinin yargısı kesindir.
8. Festivale katılmak için son başvuru tarihi 13 Ekim 2020’dir.
9. Katılımcıların en geç bu tarihe kadar SETEM Akademi adresine posta ile ya da doldurmuş oldukları katılım başvuru formlarını info@setem.org.tr adresine göndermeleri gerekmektedir.
10. Telif hakları konusunda sorumluluk eser sahibinindir.
11. Festivale katılan filmler önce ön elemeden geçecektir. Belirlenen filmler sektörün profesyonelleri tarafından oluşturulacak jüri tarafından oylanacak ve Aralık ayı içerisinde yapılacak ödül töreni ile duyurulacaktır.
12. Uluslararası Ödüller için başvuru www.filmfreeway.com adresinden yapılmalıdır. Aynı katılımcılar ulusal yarışma için de başvurmak istiyorsa www.setemakademi.com adresindeki başvurunu formunu da doldurmaları gerekmektedir.
13. Ayrıca yarışmaya katılan filmler arasında (Belgesel, Animasyon, Kısa Film) kategorisinde ön elemden geçme koşulu aramaksızın jüri özel ödülleri verilecektir.
14. Yurtiçi finalist yarışmacılar filmlerinde kullandıkları bir objeyi, ileride oluşturulacak müze ya da sergi için kullanılmak üzere SETEM Akademi’ye teslim edeceklerdir.
